It is the full responsibility of the winning Bidder to schedule any special arrangements if necessary for the removal in a skilled workmanlike manner. Additional removal time if needed to be mutually agreed. All labor, liability, risk and cost is the sole responsibility of the bidder. The Auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to any items. Removal may not begin until payment has been made in full. Bidders agree to forfeit ownership of Property and all monies paid if Property is not removed from the Owner’s facility by said deadline of July 30, 2021.
